In December, I traveled to Sassari to collaborate with the Orchestra Jazz della Sardegna, one of Italy’s leading orchestras. Orchestra Jazz della Sardegna is among the very few Italian orchestras to have performed continuously since its inception in 1989. For the occasion, I was invited to conduct a concert with Spanish singer Susana Sheiman, presenting her album “A Day in Barcelona,” featuring my arrangements.
